“Photography to the amateur is recreation, to the professional it is work, and hard work too, no matter how pleasurable it may be.”

Heather Teahan is an up and coming artist, who sees the world from behind her camera lens. She enjoys capturing weird places, unusual objects  & people doing strange things.  The weirdness is all part of the charm that Heather has between  herself, her camera  and  her images!

Born and raised in the Wallaceburg Ontario, at a young age Heather was compelled to use her imagination & creativity to make a small boring town fun and entertaining.
"its [Wallaceburg] not that it wasn't a great place to grown up, but you  always had to find ways of looking at something in a different kind of view in order to make that something  old.... new" -HT

H. Teahan Photography combines a sense of power and sensitivity while maintaining a unique point of view.  She  believes that being a photographer is about using the art of observation, it’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place.

"I never really knew what passion was until I discovered photography,”- HT

Heather graduated with an arts degree, and has been trained in many different areas, including Architecture, Photography, Interior Design, and Graphic Design.
Heather is always teaming up with local make up artists, hair stylists, photographers, and other creative people to build a portfolio that demonstrates her abilities as a photographer. Heather has worked as freelance photographer in Southern Ontario. She has found that personal customer relationships are the key to repeat business.
